У топаза не совсем ТВ билд. У него есть кувалда (** зачем) которая требует много силы. Или он перекидывает силу и одевает упыри? Или с ней и бегает?

На ТВ он бегает,как ты выразился с "Кувалдой")Если не ошибаюсь Топ как раз и хочет чуть позже одеть пуху,требующую меньше силы, и перекинуть свободные очки в кон.Кувалду же он носит скорее из-за отсутствия выбора,так это единственное что мы успели собрать за пару часов фарма констой после взлома Топа.
